Ever since that airhostess, was banned from work, since she had physical contact with a celebrity, travelling Business Class, Been wondering are aircraft toilets that large to accomdate sucha activity, after all??
AREA WISE… Wic aircraft type (737,747,340,MD-11′s) etc have the largest Toilet Area…isnt it simple?!?!…

Many airliners, such as the DC-10 and 747 and A330, have a wheelchair accessible lavatory… that would be the biggest as far as i know. No pictues available at a quick look however.
