Any one stay at any of these FL Marriot beach hotels?

1. Fairfield Inn & Suites Palm Beach – Palm Beach, FL (2870 So. Ocean Boulevard)
2. Residence Inn St. Petersburg Treasure Island – Treasure Island, FL (11908 Gulf Blvd)
I would like to know if they are situated nicely with the beach. Or do you have to wlka several blocks to get to the beach. Also, any feedback about the hotels would be helpful as well.

I stayed at both of them and I loved my stay. I have no cpmplaints about either one. The staff was great and when I needed something they make sure I got whatever I requested. If I have to choose one over the other I would say Fairfield Inn-Palm Beach.
