Is the place you live underrated as a tourist attraction?

I think Minneapolis is one of the top ten cities in the U.S. It’s got the top rated city park system in the whole US, huge music scene, amazing nightlife and restaurants, the Mall of America, 4 amazingly different seasons, and literally countless other attractions…but you never hear anyone taking a vacation to Minneapolis….do you feel the same about where you live?
Haha, it’s actually on the top ten most underrated cities in the US that should be visited

Travelling to NYC on Oct 5th. We want to plan our trip there as to avoid as much travel time in the city as possible so I am trying to find out which of these attractions we should try to visit in the same day.
